{The 12 Days of Valentines} Day Eight

On the eighth day of Valentines, my true love gave to me… a movie or show to watch together.

Today’s gift of love to your husband is offering to watch any movie or show of his choice together. I’m going to go ahead and admit to you that of all the Valentines gifts we’ve done so far this one takes the most self-sacrifice on my part. Why? Because Brian and I have pretty different taste when it comes to TV. I stick pretty much strictly to slap-stick comedy, while he is really into suspense, crime-fighting kind of shows.

But tonight to show how much I love him I will cheerfully willingly watch Bones or CSI or some other show like that. Pray for me, will you?
